OUR STORY

Built by people who ran the wash

We didn't observe the problem. We lived it.

Our founder's family has been running car washes since 1958. RollerUp grew out of that experience — after years of manually reconciling billing, patching tools together, managing churn reactively, and scaling beyond what the software could support.

The industry shifted to membership-driven growth, but the systems we relied on were still built for transactions. So we built something that wasn't.

The operator perspective is in the platform.

We know what needs to happen in the lane in seconds. We know what matters at the end of the month. And we know what scaling feels like when you're opening your third, fifth, or tenth location.

That's not a marketing claim — it's the lived experience that shaped every architectural decision in the platform.

THE ROAD HERE

From the lane to the platform

  • 1958
Family roots in car wash operations
Our founder's family enters the car wash business — decades before memberships, before POS systems, before the industry looked anything like it does today.
  • The Shift
    Memberships take over
The economics change completely. Recurring revenue beats transactional revenue every time. But the software never catches up.
  • The Build
    RollerUp is born
Instead of waiting for legacy systems to adapt, we built a platform from scratch — with recurring revenue as the architectural foundation, not an add-on.
  • Now
    Onboarding early partners
We're working with operators who are serious about growing their membership business and ready for software that matches how they actually run it.

THE NAME

In the car wash world, "roller up" is how operators signal they're open, ready, and running. It's the call that starts the day — and our favorite way to say cheers. We named our platform after it because that's what it's designed to do: keep your business running so you can focus on growing it.

Why "RollerUp"?

We built this for operators like you.
